Strength

Strength using H.I.I.T. and weight training

Use your body in a multi-disciplined way, the key for systemic strength and freely expressing yourself physically. H.I.I.T. stands for high intensity interval training. These are short blasts of hard work so you can move through them quickly and feel energized for your day!

Weight lifting improves your posture, sleep, mood, and energy levels. WHY would you avoid that?! Weight lifting also improves your metabolism as well as your insulin levels. Work at your own pace and bump up your own weight when you feel ready. This is not for bulking up: rather you will become toned and create stability. As an Integrated Yoga Tune Up Teacher and Yoga Therapist for over 30 years, a Bodyworker of 15 years, and a competitive gymnast, I know the ins and outs of strength and recovery intimately. The four pillars of this program complement one another so beautifully that you will feel strong, sensual, and full of life!
